| We bought a wooden trainer bike for our 2 1/2 year old and they were very patient and helpful. We made a mistake with the helmet we bought and they exchanged a few days later it no questions. For a large shop in a sometimes impresonal Canary Wharf I was very impressed. One 8 instead of 10 out of 10 because of prices. |
